HIIT and Relax
This is a workout designed to perfectly start your day with the first rays of sun! Get up early and you’ll be welcomed with a warm tea, soothing sounds and a warm-up sun salutation yoga session to sharpen your focus and get the juices flowing. Then we jump right in: An intense bodyweight HIIT session follows that boosts you right into the zone! Quick intense exercises, short breaks and every round building up on top of the previous one will get you highly energized early in the morning, propelling your mood and motivation into Nirvana, making you bullet-proof for the rest of your day.

Balance and Core
For this workout we meet early in the morning! Start early with me and you’ll be welcomed with a warm tea, soothing sounds and a warm-up sun salutation yoga session to sharpen your focus and get the juices flowing. The workout consits of four stations, each with two exercises, one for buiding core strength and one for working on balance. Within one station, we do each exercise twice, jumping back and forth between strength and balance, demanding a highly focused mind! After three powerful rounds with 48 exercises in total you’ll feel like the emporer of the world, with the day only starting at that point. While your core strength will improve considerably, your overall balance, physical as well as mental, will get a boost you felt never before!

Note: Every morning sunrise time is different. In summer that means getting up as early as 4:45 to be able to start the session with sunrise. Sunrise in Munich in June is between 05:14 and 5:18.
